Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations

📋 Description

• Build and maintain recruiter capacity models that turn hiring plans into staffing recommendations.
• Design dashboards and analyses on funnel health, time-to-fill, and recruiter throughput for
• Own the quality of recruiting data across sources, so every report can be trusted.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities in the data, and recommend what to do about them.
• Partner with Finance and People so hiring plans, headcount, and forecasts line up.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools.
• Experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.
• Ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and explain it to
• Strong cross-functional skills: you can influence stakeholders and get them to act on your findings.
