Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations

📋 Description

• Own and optimize the ATS (Ashby): workflows, automation, data integrity.
• Build recruiter capacity models translating hiring plans into staffing.
• Design dashboards and analytics informing leadership recruiting strategy.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, People, and IT for data consistency across the talent stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, analytics, or ATS ownership.
• Strong analytics with dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI).
• Experience designing scalable workflows and automation in fast-growth environments.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions; communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; influence stakeholders and drive adoption of changes.
