Senior Analyst, Revenue Recovery

📋 Description

• Analyze contractual reimbursement arrangements and identify variances between expected
• Communicate directly with payors regarding outstanding underpayments, file appeals, resolve account
• Review large volumes of remittance and account data to identify underpayments, billing
• Investigate the root causes of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments and collaborate with
• Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal insurance regulations and
• Accurately document investigative and recovery activities in client host systems, revenue cycle

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the hospital or physician insurance industry, healthcare revenue
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and experience identifying and
• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification required within 9 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement, contractual variances, underpayments, denials, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings
