Senior Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance

📋 Description

• Analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs with RevOps
• Support territory and quota planning and coverage strategies
• Conduct win/loss, pipeline, and cycle analyses to inform GTM
• Provide insights for QBRs, forecasts, and exec reporting
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM, strategy, ops, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, BI tools
• Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms (e.g., HighSpot)
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• AI-first mindset and comfort with AI tools
