🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in improving Large Language Models (LLMs) related to safety and enforcement.
• Experience identifying and mitigating CSAM/CSE, with knowledge of NCMEC reporting and minors
• Online safety background with strong ethical decision-making and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to interpret safety policies and translate findings into concrete improvements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with data analysis and automation to boost
• 3+ years in online safety, trust & safety, or related fields.
