📋 Description

• Role focused on training and refining Grok to enforce terms of service and support functions.
• Impact safety of products, X, and Grok by minimizing existential risks and ensuring rule
• Protect minors and promote responsible development; prevent illegal/harmful content.
• Handle time-sensitive escalations in high-impact, ambiguous situations.
• Label, annotate, and provide inputs on safety and policy projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in improving LLMs (CSE focus) to enhance enforcement efficiency and platform safety.
• Experience identifying, mitigating CSAM/CSE and grooming risks in AI content; knowledge of NCMEC
• Background in online safety, risk assessment, and safeguarding user rights in the global public
• Ability to interpret and apply SpaceXAI safety policies; strong analytical and ethical
• Experience in data analysis to detect abuse vectors and design automations for enforcement.
• 3+ years in online child safety, investigations, or Trust & Safety operations.
