🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics
• Strong ability to translate high-level business questions into quantitative analysis, actionable
• Demonstrated experience interpreting complex commission or incentive plans and developing
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, logic
• Hands-on experience with data wrangling, cleansing, validation, and hygiene using spreadsheets and
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, particularly in developing custom reports, performance
