Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy and Planning

📋 Description

• Help drive the analytical rhythm of our business including quarterly business reviews
• Organize and execute on the strategy of our GTM team - building the next wave of MongoDB customers
• Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses to uncover insight
• Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles /
• Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics
• 3+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy / Consulting / Sales Operations / Analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL, AI tooling, and data visualization
• Proven experience working with large datasets to conduct analysis, identify data trends or issues
• A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, with the ability to help distill high-level business
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and efficiently to non-technical
