Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Prepare the quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release), including select
• Assist with technical accounting research and prepare position memo on complex or non-routine
• Support a variety of complex accounting areas. Prior expertise in all areas is not required. The
• Coordinate with the wider accounting team on the quarterly flux analysis and manual tie-out
• Develop into the SEC team's point person for external reporting-related functionality across the
• Maintain and enhance SOX-compliant internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Big 4 (or similar) audit
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience a plus
• Experience auditing and/or working within ERP and finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini
