Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K), including XBRL tagging.
• Draft technical accounting memos for complex transactions (ASC 718/805/350/842).
• Prepare and review monthly equity accounting entries (RSUs, PSUs, options) and equity roll forward.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly close; balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Tax, Stock Admin, and Investor Relations on reporting deliverables.
• Maintain internal accounting policies and SOX-compliant documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in public accounting or public company tech accounting/SEC reporting
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, incl ASC 718, 805, 350, 842
• Hands-on SEC filings experience (10-Q/10-K)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document conclusions clearly
• CPA license or active eligibility
• Experience with Workiva; equity compensation, M&A, or SaaS revenue recognition
