Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Hybrid role; 3x/week in SF office.
• Own strategic planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models for product launches and GTM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Product, Accounting, HR.
• Build Power BI tools to support Sales Ops, FP&A, and Accounting.
• Help implement scalable finance systems using Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, and Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, Big 4 advisory, or accounting.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset — able to drive projects independently.
• Proven track record building financial models and cross-functional impact.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI; Pigment experience is a plus.
• A detail-oriented and collaborative approach; comfortable presenting insights to leadership.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
