Senior Analyst, Supply and Demand Planning

📋 Description

• Lead forecast review meetings with key sales accounts
• Manage and maintain demand plans for ~300 SKUs
• Contribute to S&OE process and identify supply risks
• Participate in S&OP process and present adjustments
• Analyze historical sales data and demand drivers
• Conduct root cause analyses and monitor KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or related
• At least 3 years in demand planning or supply chain
• CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Familiarity with planning tools like SAP or Kinaxis
• Proficiency in Excel and AI tools like ChatGPT
