Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

📋 Description

• Build and maintain demand forecasts for strategic production programs
• Translate demand into partner capacity requirements, production placement, material plans, and lead
• Monitor partner capacity, production schedules, and inventory positions; flag shortfalls, excess
• Run recurring supply and demand review with stakeholders and drive decisions to closure
• Set and track planning KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, capacity coverage, on-time delivery)
• Maintain consolidated view of demand, committed capacity, and program loading

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Economics, or
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or
• Track record of owning a forecast, supply plan, or production schedule with accountability for
• Experience running or supporting an S&OP or supply and demand review process
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL or comparable analytical tool and building dashboards in BI tool (Tableau
