📋 Description

  • Administer apps to support 24/7 ops (Zendesk, Absorb, Qualtrics, JIRA).
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs and implement tooling.
  • Support vendor onboarding/offboarding: accounts, access provisioning, and tool setup.
  • Respond to ad-hoc tickets via Jira; monitor Slack and emails; collaborate.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in tools and systems administration with end-user support.
  • 2+ years owning end-to-end implementation and integration of front/back-office apps.
  • Data-driven approach to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Clear communication of technical information to management, product teams, and users.
  • Experience with CRM, IVR, LMS, and live channel systems.
  • AI/LLM tools experience; analytical, proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
