Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
Lead transformation agenda for one or more functions.
Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and translate priorities into plans.
Recommend design, priorities, resources, and approaches to the CTO.
Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, and governance.
Lead stakeholders and vendors to deliver against commitments.

🎯 Requirements

4–6 years in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or analytical roles.
Track record owning workstreams within cross-functional programs; SaaS/payments a plus.
Project management, financial modelling, change management, stakeholder management, problem solving.
