Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Analytics

📋 Description

• Conduct advanced analysis of workforce and labor data, including staffing patterns, center-level
• Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models and staffing plans using historical performance
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate scheduling
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and strategic initiatives that improve
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate workforce performance
• Own key workforce management processes, including establishing center-level labor-hour targets and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, labor planning, or a related analytical discipline
• Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, forecasting techniques
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or comparable analytical technologies
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI
