📋 Description

• Lead client discovery and solutioning to frame business problems.
• Own the information design layer: define KPI frameworks and dashboard logic.
• Design and develop executive and tactical BI solutions with best practices.
• Elevate client reporting maturity and governance.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to accelerate output.
• Bridge analysis and communication to translate insights into visuals for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant client-facing or advisory experience.
• Advanced Power BI: semantic modeling, DAX, reports, pipelines.
• SQL, dbt, or Spark in real-world data environments.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; degree in Business/Engineering/CS/Stats.
