Senior Analytics Consultant

📋 Description

• Part of a regional RGM team optimizing pricing and promotions for FMCG clients.
• Manage end-to-end RGM projects: timelines, internal teams, client interaction.
• Partner with client teams to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Translate FMCG needs into tailored RGM outputs for audiences.
• Use NIQ data/tools and PowerPoint for pricing, promos, revenue questions.
• Deliver insights during client meetings, in person or online.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role; FMCG experience in RGM or Category Management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent relationship and communication; fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to simplify insights and tell a clear story.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus; comfortable with AI tools.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience, able to work independently.
