Senior Analytics Developer

📋 Description

• Build extensible data models for product analytics and AI workflows
• Implement data quality checks, validation rules, governance
• Develop analytics tooling enabling self-serve models
• Monitor and optimize transformation pipelines and storage for performance
• Create and maintain documentation so datasets are discoverable

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an analytics engineer building data pipelines with dbt and data lakehouse tech
• Deep knowledge of dbt, data modeling, and BI best practices
• Strong business/product acumen; translate analytics needs to self-serve solutions
• Hands-on software fundamentals: environment separation, version control, release management
• Experience mentoring and raising team output, including non-technical partners
• Expert English, written and spoken, with ability to lead managers and present to executives
