Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the data methodology: carry derived data points through from development through QA into
• Validate the numbers: prove numbers using reconciliation SQL, version-over-version comparisons
• Turn requests into delivered analytics: scope feature requests, write specifications and acceptance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical, or health-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or comparable data-heavy role
• Advanced SQL: query large datasets, build metrics from raw records
• Experience with AWS ecosystem and industry-leading AI models for code development
• Working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, provider, network data) and codes
• Experience with data in production settings, scheduled refreshes, QA, dependencies
