Design, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and semantic layers for analytics
Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements
Create exec-facing dashboards to support key business decisions
Design and maintain dbt and Looker data models for analytics and reporting
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Develop and manage our Looker analytics platform

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Finance, or related field
4+ years of analytics/BI experience
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
Experience with Looker or Tableau for dashboards
Familiarity with ETL processes and data tooling
Strong ability to manage fast-paced, independent projects
