Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve core components of our analytics platform, including data models, pipelines, metric
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data models and transformations using dbt and modern
• Develop trusted sources of truth that support decision-making across the company, balancing
• Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business problems, translate
• Build and improve dashboards, analytical tools, and enablement materials that help business
• Own the full lifecycle of data products: discovery, design, implementation, testing, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives from ambiguous problem
• Advanced SQL skills and deep experience designing, building, and operating analytical data models
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt and modern analytics-engineering practices, including testing
• Experience working with modern ELT and activation tools such as Fivetran and Hightouch, or
• Experience with cloud data platforms and warehouses. Experience with Google Cloud Platform and
