Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify and pitch high-value opportunities where data, analytics, or automation can improve
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and impact
• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and shape
• Build scalable, production-quality data models in dbt.
• Design reusable data foundations and semantic-layer capabilities that support BI, operational
• Improve data quality, consistency, and usability through strong modeling, testing, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience solving complex business problems with data in analytics engineering, data
• A track record of independently identifying opportunities and owning projects from idea through
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and influencing both what should be built
• Excellent SQL skills and proficiency with Python.
• Extensive experience with dbt and Snowflake, including building clean, reusable data models that
• Experience governing and building dashboards in business intelligence tools.
