Evaluate architectural tradeoffs for modeling, layering, maintainability
Define and maintain consistent metrics across source data and semantic layer
Govern semantic layer standards and ensure long‑term maintainability
Strengthen governance as adoption grows across Housecall Pro
Build AI-enabled tools to expand self‑service analytics

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in analytics engineering or related field
Bachelor’s in CS/Statistics/IS/Data Science or equivalent
Advanced SQL; dbt and Snowflake production data models
Experience with Omni/Looker/Tableau and Airflow/Dagster
Python with version control, testing, code review, and docs
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
