Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own analytics modeling lifecycle for GTM/Lead-to-Customer or Post-Sales.
• Develop and maintain the semantic layer powering BI.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps to translate questions into models.
• Define and enforce consistent metric definitions and segmentation.
• Build trusted self-serve data products for routine questions.
• Collaborate with Data Platform to request sources, validate data, and raise quality issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in analytics/data engineering, with at least 4 in analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on dbt (models, tests, docs).
• Cloud data warehouse experience, ideally Snowflake.
• BI/semantic-layer modeling experience, Looker (LookML) or Omni.
• Strong dimensional/data-modeling fundamentals (Kimball, star schema) and stakeholder modeling.
• Comfortable with git and a modern analytics workflow (branch-based PRs and code review).
