Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner on data projects across the business.
• Drive analytical depth across commercial functions.
• Build and maintain analytics layer of dbt project.
• Enable self-service with dashboards and semantic models.
• Design and read out experiments with PMs and marketing.
• Own analyses that drive decisions for exec reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in analytics engineering or data analytics; startup exp. preferred.
• Strong SQL and dbt fluency with staging/marts, macros, tests.
• Snowflake proficiency; cost-aware modeling.
• Python for data transformation and scripting.
• Experience with subscription/ecommerce/consumer-health analytics.
• Real experimentation chops with stakeholder-friendly communication.
