Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the dbt models and data marts powering Marketing analytics.
• Build production-grade predictive models (lead scoring, LTV) with Marketing.
• Partner on measurement frameworks, experiments, and spend optimization.
• Enable self-serve analytics via AI tools and semantic models.
• Collaborate with ML, Data Eng, and Ops to deliver data infra for Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS/Stats/Econ/Eng)
• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or related field
• Advanced SQL and production-grade data modeling; dbt preferred
• Python proficiency for modeling and analysis
• Hands-on with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience shipping predictive models or applied ML in business
• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth, or GTM analytics at SaaS
• Strong stakeholder communication; autonomous project delivery
