Drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable durable data products
Build and maintain key data pipelines and marts that power core company-wide GTM metrics such as
Build insightful and reliable dashboards to track performance of core metrics that will deliver
Collaborate with our GTM analyst teams to train and enable them on datasets and data tools
Write excellent documentation and tutorials
Work across the full-stack of analytics from ad-hoc analysis and reports to architecting pipelines

🎯 Requirements

7+ years experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering
Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design
Expert level SQL skills and experience with columnar analytics databases such as Snowflake and
Expert level knowledge of Salesforce’s data model and other GTM systems
Experience with DBT and GIT
Experience with business intelligence tools - Direct Hex experience is a bonus
