Design and build scalable data models and pipelines using dbt to transform raw data into clean
Define and implement a robust semantic layer to standardize metrics and data products.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver dashboards and analytical tools for business health.
Establish data modeling standards for accuracy, performance, usability.
Design tracking plans for new product surfaces with downstream analytics in mind.
Own the product event tracking strategy, including naming, schemas, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Analytics/Data Engineering or related field.
Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, Python, Snowflake.
Experience with BI tools (Looker/Omni or similar).
Strong metrics definition and data consistency skills.
GitHub, CI/CD, and modern development workflows familiarity.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
