• Significant leadership in Analytics/BI/Data Engineering; hands-on SQL.
• Proven experience managing managers and ICs; develop people managers.
• Own multi-quarter technical roadmap across domains; measurable impact.
• Strong grounding in cloud data warehousing, modeling, quality.
• Confident engaging at Director/VP level; align analytics with priorities.
• Experience in marketplace/e-commerce/retail analytics.
