Senior Android Engineer, In-Car Experience

📋 Description

• Develop reliable Android components using modern technologies like Jetpack Compose.
• Build features in the in-car interface that clearly communicate the vehicle's intentions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and Vehicle Software Engineers to launch in-car
• Design and maintain software for in-car systems such as displays, audio, and climate controls.
• Own the full software lifecycle, emphasizing quality and safety-critical robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of Android app development experience (testing, maintaining, launching features).
• Proven ability to design and implement significant features independently.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and strong understanding of Android internals.
• Experience leading technical designs and mentoring other engineers.
