Senior Android Engineer, Shopper Activation and Engagement

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship Android features in Kotlin for activation and engagement.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to define metrics and run A/B tests.
• Evolve app architecture with scalable patterns and DI for reliability.
• Improve performance, stability, monitoring, and observability; code reviews.
• Partner with platform teams to integrate APIs with security and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Android development with Kotlin.
• 2+ years building consumer-facing features at scale.
• Proficiency with RxJava and Dagger; Jetpack Compose in production.
• Own features end-to-end and deliver measurable impact.
• Experience with Product, Design, Data Science collaboration and metrics.
• Strong CS fundamentals; BS in CS or related field, or equivalent.
