Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and Operating Room (OR) personnel by
Analyze and resolve regional system issues through detailed analysis and utilization of critical
Act as regional escalation point and escalate issues in a timely manner
Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Central Sterile
Utilize expertise and customer’s feedback to provide plans to improve the quality improvement
Act as primary customer liaison, maintaining and managing site visits and regular contact with

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Business (Management/Information Systems), Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical
2 years experience in a technical support role for a healthcare company or provider
