📋 Description

• Be part of a cross-functional global team supporting infra and product engineering.
• Drive ServiceNow implementation: config, workflow, and custom dev.
• Integrate enterprise apps via Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs.
• Document current environment and keep articles up to date.
• Mentor teammates and uphold development standards.
• Ensure service availability according to SLAs as part of on-duty team.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, CSM; config and apps.
• Advanced scripting: JavaScript (Glide), HTML, CSS, AngularJS; REST/SOAP.
• Integration/automation: Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• ITIL, Agile, DevOps; CI/CD and automated testing.
• Analytical/problem-solving; translate needs into solutions.
• Communication and leadership; mentor juniors; clear docs.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD; other module certs desirable.
• 3–5 years ServiceNow development; BS in CS or equivalent; English.
