📋 Description

• Join a cross-functional global team supporting infrastructure and product engineering.
• Drive ServiceNow implementation: configuration, workflows, and custom development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow environment as in-house SME.
• Identify integrations and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure services are available and meet SLAs as part of an on-duty team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications required; module-specific certs desirable.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules (ITSM/ITOM/CSM), config and custom apps.
• JavaScript (Glide), HTML, CSS, AngularJS; REST and SOAP APIs.
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for enterprise integrations.
• ITIL/Agile/DevOps; CI/CD and automated testing; 3–5 years ServiceNow exp.
