Senior Application Engineer, PLM

📋 Description

• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules (Foundation, Change Management, NX Integration).
• Collaborate with end-users to gather and document requirements.
• Maintain Archer Teamcenter code management using Bitbucket, Jira, and TeamCity.
• Guide offshore developers and junior PLM/CAD team members.
• Support data migrations, Teamcenter and NX upgrades, AI integration, and SOA usage.
• Contribute to performance tuning, scalability, security, and system monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter (or equivalent PLM) in aerospace/defense/complex manufacturing.
• Proven PLM architecture, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
• Hands-on BMIDE, ITK, Workflow Manager, APIs; scripting (Java, C#, Python).
• Strong experience integrating PLM with CAD/CAE, ERP, MES, and simulations.
• Familiarity with AS9100, FAA, EASA, Part 145, MRO; audit readiness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambiguity.
