Senior Application Engineer, Workplace Technology

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations powering workplace systems
• Develop lightweight services or integrations that connect collaboration, GenAI-tools, and internal
• Implement monitoring and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot reliability
• Help evolve onboarding/offboarding and mover workflows across access, permissions, and SaaS tools
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed identity/data/compliance standards through
• Participate in pilot AI/productivity projects and build reusable integration templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of software engineering, systems integration, or workplace tech experience focused on
• Proficiency in one or more languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/Apps Script, Bash, PowerShell) and
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian) and interest in
• Understanding of IAM/SSO (Okta, SAML/OIDC/SCIM) or willingness to grow; provisioning/automation
• Interest in CI/CD, workflow orchestration, and building self-service automation models.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication; able to translate
