Senior Application Security Engineer - Southeast region (Remote)

📋 Description

• Leading AppSec assessments to identify gaps and prioritize remediation
• Design pragmatic security workflows and developer-friendly practices
• Hands-on work: SAST/DAST/SCA/API tooling and CI/CD gates
• Navigate organizational complexity and drive cross-functional alignment
• Deliver clear assessments, roadmaps, and executive communications
• Serve as strategic advisor, adapting to client culture and goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AppSec with program leadership
• SAST/DAST/SCA/API Security and secrets tooling
• Strategic design with hands-on implementation
• Secure SDLC knowledge and vulnerability triage
• Excellent written/verbal comms to execs and developers
• Nice to have: consulting/client-facing experience
• Nice to have: cloud-native security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers
