📋 Description

• Technical execution: day-to-day tasks per strategy.
• Hands-on assembly & testing: bonding, assembly, and testing.
• Data & reporting: analyze test data for insights.
• Problem solving: troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving.
• Cross-functional support: coordinate with internal teams and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in hardware engineering, assembly, or materials testing.
• Core skills: lab/testing with physical hardware and materials.
• Adaptability: flexible, turn high-level direction into tasks.
• Communication: clear verbal and written communication with Director and team.
