Senior Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and implement production AI capabilities to improve reasoning and explainability.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs, multimodal models, and agent frameworks for platform advancement.
• Rapidly prototype AI capabilities and transition experiments into production.
• Improve autonomous and multi-agent workflows via prompt engineering and context management.
• Refine RAG pipelines, retrieval strategies, embeddings, and grounding techniques.
• Improve AI response quality through experimentation and benchmarking.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/ML or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in software engineering or applied AI.
• Experience building production AI apps powered by LLMs.
• Design/optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases.
• Python programming and modern software practices.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud-native apps, and distributed systems.
