Build internal libraries/patterns to help teams ship AI features.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years engineering; 1+ year agentic systems on modern stacks.
Strong Python; one typed language (TypeScript/Go); AWS or GCP; containerized deployment.
Senior or staff-level foundation; track record leading systems to launch.
Multiple shipped LLM-powered features in production with concrete learnings.
Agentic patterns: ReAct, tool use, prompt chaining, routing, human-in-the-loop.
Experience with retrieval in production: embeddings, chunking, hybrid search; grounding techniques.
