📋 Description

• Lead technical direction for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered intelligence.
• Architect end-to-end ML systems from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor ML/data developers; instill best practices for experimentation and lifecycle.
• Partner with product and software leaders to align AI roadmap with customer needs.
• Design reliable data/feedback loops connecting telemetry to retraining.
• Drive performance optimization via quantization, distillation, and scalable inference.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in ML, Data Science, or Applied AI.
• Python expert; PyTorch, TensorFlow; cloud ML stacks (AWS, Databricks).
• Proven production ML deployments at scale.
• Strong background in LLMs, time-series, and anomaly detection.
• Lead architectural decisions; mentor teams; MS/PhD preferred.
• MLOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Weights & Biases, MLflow, SageMaker.
