Senior Applied ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build user-facing ML features using LLMs and AI.
• Partner with product, design, and ML research to prototype ML-powered experiences.
• Own architecture and strategy for applied ML systems (latency, observability).
• Build scalable services and APIs to deliver model outputs to users.
• Collaborate across platform, infra, and legal teams for safe, fair ML deployments.
• Establish best practices for prompts, model evaluation, and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years software engineering; 2+ years ML-driven products.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across eng, product, and research.
• Strong backend skills: Python (FastAPI/Flask); Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Experience integrating LLMs/ML models into production (APIs and user apps).
• Excellent communication; collaborative, product-minded.
• Experience with prompt design, model evaluation, and experimentation.
