🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years (senior) to 8+ years (staff) in applied science or ML
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for ML/LLM systems
• Proven experimentation mindset with hypotheses and analysis
• Strong English communication and collaboration
• Experience with GenAI, guardrails, or safety mechanisms a plus
• Strong background in probability and statistics
