Senior AR Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AR lifecycle, including cash application and collections.
• Three-way reconciliation: NetSuite, bank, and marketplace data; investigate variances.
• Identify revenue leakage risks such as billing gaps and disputes.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Finance to resolve disputes and drive cash collection.
• Document AR processes and SOPs; drive efficiency and control improvements.
• Own monthly cash flow forecasting inputs and AR KPI analysis (DSO, aging).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of progressive AR experience in AR accounting, collections, cash application.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced).
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
