Senior AR Analyst, Credit Control

📋 Description

• Prepare multi-bank reconciliation spreadsheets and resolve unapplied cash exceptions
• Process incoming payments and apply to customer accounts in NetSuite
• Issue final invoices, review and process credit memos and billing adjustments
• Manage customer record updates in NetSuite
• Chase overdue accounts via calls, emails, and structured collection cycles
• Review AR Aging report weekly and prioritize high-value collections

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Accounts Receivable or Finance experience
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or comparable ERPs)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of month-end AR reconciliations
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication
• Experience with enterprise supplier portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba) a strong advantage
