📋 Description

• Create proposals, presentations, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.
• Partner with teams to develop creative concepts and visual narratives.
• Design UI/UX mockups and prototypes across devices.
• Define and apply branding guidelines consistent with design systems.
• Develop and manage visual assets (illustrations, icons, videos, animations).
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across communications.
• Guide designers with direction, feedback, and quality oversight.
• Organize templates and design systems to improve efficiency.
• Lead brainstorming, mood boards, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and emerging tech into design workflows.
• Ensure visuals follow inclusive and accessible design principles.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX roles.
• Proven experience creating pitch decks, proposals, landing pages, and interactive solutions.
• Strong portfolio with conceptual design, visual storytelling, and client-facing work.
• Experience with AI creative tools for ideation, prototyping, and assets.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Slides.
• Experience creating and applying brand guidelines and design systems.
