📋 Description

• Collaborate with GenAI Creators, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and PMs on campaigns.
• Lead concepts from strategy to hands-on execution using traditional and AI.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and moodboards via GenAI tools.
• Create assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Display with Pencil.
• Turn client briefs into insight, concept, copy, image and video assets.
• Guide and mentor designers; ensure brand alignment and AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Art Direction experience in advertising, in-house, or design studio.
• Portfolio showing traditional and AI-assisted campaigns.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams (designers, motion, editors).
• GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly; Pencil training provided.
• Hands-on GenAI ideation, prompts, and asset generation.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills and strong storytelling.
