🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in creative agency or production across campaigns.
• Hands-on design experience; able to give pixel-perfect feedback.
• Familiarity with motion graphics; guide motion designers.
• Strong portfolio with digital/social-first projects.
• Tell clear, engaging stories using UI features and visuals.
• Keep up with industry developments and AI tools.
