Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop production-grade agentic AI systems
• Build autonomous agents using Glean as the agent platform and OpenAI/GPT Enterprise as the
• Own AI agents end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, evaluation
• Design robust agent workflows with triggers, retrieval, multi-step reasoning, tool calling
• Implement RAG and enterprise search with high-quality retrieval and permission enforcement
• Establish evaluation frameworks and quality standards for agent performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production
• Practical experience with agentic workflows (tool calling, RAG, multi-step orchestration, memory)
• Deep hands-on experience with OpenAI API and GPT Enterprise
• Strong prompt-engineering discipline and evaluation-first mindset
• Direct production experience with Glean (mandatory)
• Knowledge of enterprise search and RAG architectures on Glean
